The knife rollers and corrugated disk combinations are new effective devices for shredding crop residues, such as Rapeseed, corn stubble and catch crops.
The advantage of Double Cutting Master – before and after a tandem corrugated disk roller runs another roller equipped with wear-resistant knives.
The cross-cutting of the knife rollers and the longitudinal cutting of the corrugated disc rollers ensure optimal shredding.
The cut and crushed remains of the stubble can no longer offer overwintering opportunities for the larvae of the corn borer, for example.
By cutting shallowly into the ground, even shallow- rooted plants can be caught and damaged.
Alternatively, the combination can also be used in spring to shred mulch.
The advantage of the combination compared to the mulcher is that the blades of our rollers can also cut stems that have been knocked over and slightly pressed into the ground.
Easy mixing of crop residues – faster rotting.
